We’ll have an fplll coding sprint aka “FPLLL Days” in July. This time around, we plan a slightly modified format compared to previous instances. That is, in order to encourage new developers to get involved, we plan to have a 2 day tutorial session (shorter or longer depending on participants/interest) before the start of FPLLL Days proper.
If you’d like to attend, please send us an e-mail. If you would like to attend but require financial support, let us know as we have some funding available.
- July 6 – 7 (Thursday – Friday): Tutorials
- July 10 – 14 (Monday – Friday-ish): FPLLL Days
CWI, Amsterdam, The Netherlands
The idea of fplll days is inspired by the format of Sage Days which are semi-regularly organised by the SageMath community. The idea is simply to get a bunch of motivated developers in a room to work on code. We also schedule the occasional talk but the focus is on collaborative development of lattice algorithms.
We’ve also started a Wiki page for the workshop with some coding project ideas.
